Tim Wicks
Sales & Marketing Director
Tim joined the company in September 2007. He has extensive experience in the Sales and Marketing Sector, with 4 ½ years working as an Area Manager in a multimedia merchandising and distribution company. Tim is currently working on new project development for the company.
Catherine Wilkinson
Pre-School Liaison
Catherine has been involved in an advisory capacity at Sharon House. Catherine is the manager of a nursery and pre-school facility in Ossett. She has 14 years experience of working in the childcare sector. She is working with us as an advisor on the Early Years Foundation Stage goals for our range of nursery and pre-school books planned for later in the year.
Julie Sambrook
Business Co-ordination Manager
Julie has worked alongside the Sharon House team for several months and has provided invaluable experience in the development of both the preschool and bilingual ranges.She has a vast amount of experience and has worked as senior manager within the childcare sector for the last 9 years. Julie has now joined the Sharon House team on a full time basis and will continue to work on book development.
Darren Calvert
Graphic Designer
Darren joined the company in June 2009 as a designer. His duties include, composing, retouching and enhancing imagery as well as working with photographers, art directors and artists.
Darren has been involved with design in the publishing industry since graduating in 2008 with a BA (Hons) Fine Art for Design at Huddersfield University. He has worked on over 50 commissions on a freelance basis as well as exhibiting in London at Bricklane.
His projects for Sharon House Publishing Ltd have included designing covers and page layouts for the Chavos brand and photographic and illustration retouching.
